The Hard Truth

The architecture industry has changed.
Have you?

Three realities every architect in India faces right now — and most are pretending they don't exist.

01
BIM Is No Longer Optional
The world's biggest projects — airports, hospitals, smart cities — now require BIM from Day 1. If you're still relying solely on AutoCAD and SketchUp, you're competing for a shrinking pool of roles while BIM professionals command higher salaries, bigger responsibilities, and seats at the decision-making table. The gap isn't closing. It's accelerating.
78%of top-tier firms now mandate BIM proficiency for new hires
02
College Didn't Prepare You
Most architecture programs in India still treat BIM as an elective — or skip it entirely. You graduate with a degree, but without the one skill that employers are actively hunting for. The gap between what you learned in studio and what the industry demands on Monday morning has never been wider. And nobody in your college is telling you this.
92%of architecture graduates feel unprepared for BIM workflows
03
Self-Learning Is a Trap
YouTube tutorials. Scattered blog posts. Free courses that teach you buttons but not thinking. Without structured mentorship and real-world project context, most architects spend months going in circles — learning tools without understanding workflows, memorising commands without grasping the "why." Six months later, you still can't manage a real BIM project.
6–12 moaverage time wasted on unstructured self-learning before giving up
"The architects who will thrive in the next decade aren't the ones with the fanciest renders. They're the ones who understand information, manage complexity, and deliver with BIM."

No actors. No fabricated stories. Just architects who decided BIM wasn't out of reach — and proved it.

Landed the role

"After the program, I was able to land a position in a company that aligns with my career aspirations. The portfolio guidance alone was worth the entire investment. I'm extremely grateful and would highly recommend this to anyone serious about their architecture career."

G
Geetansh Singh
Aspiring Architect & BIM Enthusiast
Exceeded expectations

"It far exceeded my expectations, and I'm confident I'll continue to reap its benefits for years to come. The way Puneet connects theory to real-world project workflows is something you won't find anywhere else. If you're passionate about BIM and design, this course is a must."

C
Chirag Agarwal
5th Year Architecture Student
Beginner-friendly

"BIM can be intimidating for late beginners like me. This program is made for beginners to feel at ease — heartening and encouraging throughout. Puneet's patience and ability to break down complex concepts into digestible pieces made all the difference."

The Polygon community — architects uniting for change
Why I Built Polygon

A place where architects grow together.

The beginning · 2019

I kept meeting brilliant architects and students who felt locked out of BIM — told it was too expensive, too technical, a whole career change. They had the talent but not the access. I'd seen the truth on the inside at Jacobs and AECOM: BIM is an upgrade, not a different path. And nobody should have to figure it out alone.

So in 2019 I founded Polygon — not as another course factory, but as a home. A place to learn BIM the right way, from someone who actually uses it on billion-dollar projects, and more importantly, to belong to something bigger than a course certificate.

My vision was never just to teach. It was to build an ever-growing community of architects who learn and grow together — where your background doesn't determine your access to knowledge.

That's what Polygon is now — 500+ students, fresh graduates, and working professionals, all moving forward side by side. When one person gets hired, everyone celebrates. When someone's stuck on a project, ten people offer help. BIM for All isn't a slogan. It's the community in that screen.

Your Questions, Answered

Everything you're
wondering right now

I've answered these questions hundreds of times. Here are the honest answers — no fluff, no sales pitch.

"I'm a complete beginner with zero BIM experience — is this for me?"+
Yes — and you're actually the ideal student. Architect 2.0 was specifically designed for architects and students starting from scratch. Swati Mehwala, a Principal Manager at Assystem Stup, joined as a self-described "late beginner" and called the program "heartening and encouraging throughout." You don't need prior Revit experience. You don't need to know what ISO 19650 means yet. You just need to be willing to show up and do the work. I'll handle the rest.
"I'm already working full-time — will I have time for this?"+
The program is designed for working professionals. Live sessions are scheduled for evenings and weekends. Recordings are available if you miss one. Most students invest 6–8 hours per week — less time than you probably spend scrolling Instagram. The real question isn't whether you have time. It's whether you can afford to spend another year without BIM skills while the industry moves further ahead without you.
"How is this different from free YouTube tutorials?"+
YouTube teaches you which buttons to click. Architect 2.0 teaches you how to think. There's a massive difference between knowing how to place a wall in Revit and understanding how to set up a BIM Execution Plan, manage information across disciplines, coordinate with MEP engineers, and deliver a project that meets ISO 19650 standards. You also get live mentorship, personalised feedback, portfolio guidance, interview prep, placement support, and a community of 500+ architects. Try getting that from a 12-minute YouTube video.
"What software and hardware do I need?"+
You'll need Autodesk Revit (free for students via Autodesk Education) and a computer that can run it — 16GB RAM recommended, 8GB minimum. Windows is preferred as Revit is Windows-native. If you're on a Mac, you'll need Boot Camp or a Windows partition. Don't worry about having the most powerful machine — most of our students work on standard laptops. We provide setup guidance in the first session.
"Will this actually help me get a job?"+
Look at the placement marquee at the top of this page. Jacobs. AECOM. Morphogenesis. Tata Projects. Samsung Engineering. Studio Lotus. Those aren't aspirational logos — those are companies where Polygon graduates actually work today. We provide resume optimization, portfolio review, interview preparation, and direct introductions to hiring managers in our network. Geetansh Singh landed his dream role after the program. Ananya Desai got hired before her batch graduated. The skills you build here are what the industry is actively hiring for.
"Is BIM really that important? Won't AI replace it?"+
AI won't replace BIM — AI will make BIM even more powerful. BIM is the information backbone of every major construction project in the world. AI tools are being built ON TOP of BIM, not instead of it. The architects who understand both BIM and AI will be the most valuable professionals in the industry for the next 20 years. That's exactly what Architect 2.0 prepares you for. This isn't a trend. It's the permanent direction of the industry.
"What if I start and realise it's not for me?"+
That's exactly why we have a satisfaction commitment. If you complete the program, follow the process, and genuinely don't see improvement in your skills and career readiness — I'll personally work with you until you do. No architect gets left behind. In 15+ cohorts, fewer than 2% of students have ever felt the need to raise this. The program works because it's built on real experience, not theory.
"How long is the program and what's the time commitment?"+
The core program runs over 4–6 weeks of intensive, structured learning. But your access to the community, recordings, and future updates is lifetime. Most students see significant progress within the first 2 weeks. By the end, you'll have a complete BIM project portfolio, a polished resume, and the confidence to walk into any interview and demonstrate your capability. The time commitment is roughly 6–8 hours per week — structured for maximum impact, not busywork.
🛡️
My Promise:
No Architect Left Behind
If you complete the program, follow the process, and do the work — and you still don't see a measurable improvement in your BIM skills and career readiness — I'll personally work with you until you do. Extra sessions. Extra feedback. Extra support. Whatever it takes. Your success is my reputation. I don't take that lightly.
