The beginning · 2019I kept meeting brilliant architects and students who felt locked out of BIM — told it was too expensive, too technical, a whole career change. They had the talent but not the access. I'd seen the truth on the inside at Jacobs and AECOM: BIM is an upgrade, not a different path. And nobody should have to figure it out alone.
So in 2019 I founded Polygon — not as another course factory, but as a home. A place to learn BIM the right way, from someone who actually uses it on billion-dollar projects, and more importantly, to belong to something bigger than a course certificate.
That's what Polygon is now — 500+ students, fresh graduates, and working professionals, all moving forward side by side. When one person gets hired, everyone celebrates. When someone's stuck on a project, ten people offer help. BIM for All isn't a slogan. It's the community in that screen.
